In response to the special needs of the electric furnace cooling water system, we have introduced a special carbon-free insulation rubber tube. The rubber tube is made of high-quality materials, the appearance presents a unique blue cloth design, and can be customized according to customer needs red, yellow, green, gray and other colors. Its characteristics include high insulation, high temperature and aging resistance, ensuring excellent performance in extreme operating environments.

The rubber tube is widely used in the water cooling system of thermal induction furnace in power plant, steel plant, aluminum plant and other industries. It is used to transport coolant and water, and can also be used as a sheath for cable. Its temperature range covers from -40 ºC to 180 ºC, which is suitable for various complex environments. At 2500 volts, its insulation value is greater than 1T, and the breakdown voltage is as high as 49.7KV, which provides excellent insulation protection for the electric furnace cooling water system.
